Division Marketing Manager – Hospitality
About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing Management or Mass Communications
Years of Experience
• 7 to 10 of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant hospitality field
Knowledge and Skills
• Conceptualization of campaigns to cover 360
• Experience within the F&B industry which encompasses cafes/ restaurants
• Digitally native retail experience is a plus
• Ability to offer a personalized approach defined by customer behavior
• Experience in the GCC is preferred
• Global perspective and international experience are highly beneficial
• Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
• Ability to analyze and understand market trends and conduct competitor analysis, providing the foundation for marketing strategies and an enhanced customer experience
• Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and take ownership
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the right mentorship, recruitment, and direction for the marketing team
Languages
• Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
