Assistant Manager – Financial Controls
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional accounting qualification – Fully Qualified CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA or equivalent
- Six Sigma qualification advantageous
- Excellent MS Office software proficiency and exposure to ERP solutions
- 5+ years post qualification experience in a fast-paced multinational organization
- Audit experience preferred, ideally with global audit firms
- Prior experience in managerial / leadership role
- Project Management experience desirable
- Automotive experience advantageous
- IFRS and Financial Compliance - Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and to influence others
- Project Management skills
- Good analytical, numerical and research skills
- Time Management & Prioritization - Ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliver under pressure, and adjust priorities dynamically
