Job Purpose
As a Skincare Advisor, you will deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs, offering tailored advice, and demonstrating suitable products. You will build lasting relationships with customers, ensure store standards are consistently maintained, and work towards achieving sales targets while cultivating brand loyalty.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the store, identify their needs through effective questioning, and recommend appropriate products.
Demonstrate products, suggest complementary items, close sales, and provide professional till-point service.
Follow up with regular customers to foster strong relationships and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Maintain personal grooming standards in line with brand guidelines and handle customer complaints professionally.
Inform customers about ongoing store promotions and offers.
Provide Facial Massage services to select customers (by prior appointment) to build loyalty and enhance sales.
Ensure all product and hygiene guidelines are adhered to as per operating standards.
Merchandise products following brand guidelines and maintain proper stock rotation on shelves.
Maintain housekeeping standards, including attractive window displays.
Monitor daily stock levels and recommend replenishments to the Department Manager/Supervisor to maintain optimum availability.
Complete all required store and office administration accurately and promptly, including maintaining customer database cards.
Job Requirements
Education/Certification:
Training or certification in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience within the beauty industry.
