Senior Human Resources Executive - Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
To provide HR strategic and operational support, organization effectiveness, stakeholder management, to meet business and people objectives for Al Tayer Motors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational business partner to the assigned stakeholders within Al Tayer Motors.
- Represent HR function in providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
- Support in the implementation of compensation and benefits schemes, fixed and variable pay practices for the assigned stakeholders.
- Support in the orientation of new joiners and follow up on the progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction and probation period, including identification of training needs to complement the learning on the job.
- Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues, providing guidance to line managers in alignment with HR policies, and undertake suitable measures to aid in the retention of employees.
- Analyze employee inquiries to understand frequent or concerning bottlenecks or problems, determine proper channel for resolution, and recommend corrective measures to Line Manager for consideration.
- Facilitate the performance management process at the line level, drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion each year, review & report outcomes for further analysis & decisions in training, reward & performance management area.
- Follow through on the implementation of HR policies & procedures and facilitate its application in a fair & equitable manner.
- Facilitate communication line on HR matters to ensure dissemination of information to intended recipients and Company/ Division wide initiatives.
- Provide counselling and advice to all employees in line with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain applicable system updates, where mandated/ required, ensure suitable documentation and record keeping ensuring all internal and external auditory requirements are met/ complied.
- Provide inputs towards initiatives for enhancement of HR role & contribution to the business as when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum six years of relevant experience, preferably HR generalist role

- Proficiency in HRIS
