About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
Years of Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
Knowledge and Skills
• Proven experience in managing HR functions independently, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
• Must have excellent command of English. Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws, and best practices in HR management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
