About The Role
This role is responsible to lead and optimize campaigns for our Lifestyle brands Gymshark, GAP and Mamas & Papas across Paid Search, Social and Display platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Feedback and assist in the creation of the overall performance marketing strategy for two major internation lifestyle brands with distribution rights across the GCC.
· Responsible for effectively communicating the objectives and management of paid performance campaigns with the assistance of a globally renowned marketing agency on Paid Search & Paid Social.
· End to end 360 planning of marketing campaigns as well as the execution and ongoing optimization.
· To be the primary point of contact and coordinate with agencies and 3rd party platforms to optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, retargeting & affiliate marketing.
· Working with the wider ecom functions (content, design & trade), ensure that the brands are utilizing the strongest content available across paid media channels through the careful analysis of split testing.
· Working with your trading counterparts, you will be responsible to ensure that campaigns are delivering on key trading objectives and aligns to the overall marketing strategy.
· Present and assist the HoD on the effectiveness of campaigns and assist in the build and presentation of performance for the benefit of Senior Leadership.
· Responsible for the day-to-day tracking of budgets and to advise on budget phasing and channel split.
· Remain up to date with the emerging trends and strategies to flex around the digital landscape. Share learnings and findings with the wider team.
· Strong ability to analyze data, spot trends, opportunities, threats and supply insight in a meaningful manner to pivot accordingly.
· Proven ability to track, report and maintain budgets across silo and BAU campaigns inclusive of Cost based media metrics (CPI, CPM, CPI, CIR etc.)
· Strong track record of managing agencies and 3rd party platforms.
· Good understanding of affiliate-based marketing.
· Assist in the development of the overall strategy and then and execute media campaigns to drive sustainable business growth.
· Constant analysis of performance metrics to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations for performance improvement across the team based on learnings.
· Monitoring commercial KPI’s and shifting budgets across channels when needed.
· Weekly reporting of brand and campaign performance to the HOD, trade counterparts and Adhoc Snr. Leadership
· Delivery of efficient CPI and App engagement focused campaigns to increase our owned audience mix.
· Utilization of Al Tayer’s reporting tools (GA360, Adjust, Tableu) to enhance performance and keep all relevant stakeholders informed of performance against business relevant KPI’s
· Managing the relationship of third party agencies and partners as necessary to deliver against goals
· Implementing and continually testing new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and marketing tools.
· Reducing the CAC and improving the CIR/ROAS
· Incremental Topline Gross revenue
· Suggest implementation opportunities to test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns and marketing tools.
About You
· 3+ years of experience in a Digital / Performance Marketing role with a solid understanding of the Lifestyle Fashion industry
· Omni Marketing. Performance / Ecommerce Digital Marketing. Mult-Channel Marketing. Brand Marketing.
· Executional experience across Paid Media platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta, Snap) and Retargeting (preferred: Criteo &/or RTB House)
· Strong data analytical ability and preferred experience of GA360.
· Exceptional time and workload management. Strong communicator and presentation skills.
· Certifications across META & Google advertising or extensive hands-on experience.
· Highly proficient in Google Analytics
