The successful candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar level role. You will ideally have worked within the beauty industry and have a strong awareness of the competitors and market.
This role requires someone who has the ability to motivate and develop their team to meet the company and brand requirements. You should have excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage a diverse team.
