A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience
Six Sigma, Lean certifications preferred
Understanding of relevant standards such as ITIL V4, PMP/PgMP, COP, COBIT and others as applicable
3-5 years experience in IT in a large company, in positions related to Vendor Management functions in an outsourced organisation
Experience with Retail industry or industry conglomerates, ideally in the Middle East
