About the Role

As a Tailor, you will be responsible for advising customers on tailoring options and performing alterations and repairs according to their specifications. You will deliver tailored garments on time, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting the brand's image and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers on tailoring options, alterations, and garment shaping to suit their individual preferences and requirements.

• Perform alterations and repairs on clothing items as per customer specifications.

• Ensure timely delivery of tailored garments to provide a personalized and seamless shopping experience.

• Maintain high standards of customer service to reinforce brand loyalty and enhance the company’s image.

• Collaborate with the sales and alterations team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
