About you
The successful candidate should have the ability to demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as good organizational, management, communication and sales skills. You will need to be a:
- Graduate in Interior Design or certificate in Design is preferred.
- Retail Fashion or Luxury home experience
- Minimum 5- 7 years experience of successfully running a profitable retail home store
- Motivated and can work towards set targets and KPI'S
- Timely and good decision making
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Competently manage and measure work
- Commercial Acumen
- Customer focus
