Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers warmly and understand their needs through effective questioning.

Recommend suitable products and demonstrate their usage.

Promote link products and close sales professionally.

Provide high-quality till point service and maintain relationships with regular customers.

Advise customers of ongoing promotions and offers.

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Facial Massage Services

Offer facial massage services to select customers by prior appointment.

Leverage service to build strong customer relationships, promote brand loyalty, and increase sales.
Store Standards & Hygiene
-
Adhere to product and hygiene guidelines as outlined in the operating manual.

Maintain high housekeeping standards, including store cleanliness and window displays.
Merchandising & Inventory
-
Merchandise products according to brand guidelines.

Ensure proper stock rotation by placing older stock in front of new items.

Check stock levels daily and provide recommendations to replenish stock as needed.
Administrative Support

Complete store and office administration tasks as requested by the manager.

Maintain and update customer database cards accurately and on time.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification:

Diploma or training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related fields.
Years of Experience:
-
1 to 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience within the beauty industry.
