About the Role
Retail Manager will be responsible to lead and oversee the operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience, achievement of sales targets and strong team performance across all stores. Responsible for driving a high-performance culture, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with brand standards across the network.
What You’ll Be Doing
Functional Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing action plans to improve results.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered consistently.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Stay informed on market trends related to the industry, product categories, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support informed decision-making and brand strategy development.
- Oversee the preparation of stores and ensure adherence to brand standards ahead of principal visits to reinforce brand positioning and relationships.
- Track sales performance against forecasts, analyze trends and leverage insights to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
- Oversee all aspects of stock management across the brand, ensuring compliance with procedures while guiding the team to achieve optimal stock levels and minimize loss.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistent implementation and maintenance of brand VM standards across all stores.
- Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives in alignment with operational guidelines, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact.

- Lead the implementation of new store openings, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with operational standards and timelines.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with store operations policies and procedures to maintain consistent and efficient operations

About You
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Graduate in any discipline

- 5-7 years’ experience of successfully running multiple profitable retail store
