· 8 to 10 years of project/programme management/PMO, with at least 3 years of experience of PMO in a complex ERP transformations and/or cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems
· A relevant University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
· Proven experience as a PMO Lead – PgMP® and PMP® (or similar) certifications would be an added advantage
· Strong verbal and written communication, especially in the areas of teamwork, stakeholder management, and ability to influence; ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.
· Have strong knowledge of processes across multiple business functions.
· Successfully managed programmes over several years in relevant business environment
· Proven knowledge of technical, commercial and organizational issues that impact Programme strategy and planning
· Thorough understanding of project/Programme management techniques and methods
· Knowledge of change management principles
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management.
· Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
