About You
Experience:
· Working in Retail environment
· Digital platforms specially on Apps and Ecommerce portals
· UI/UX experience
· Experience in launching / managing loyalty / CRM programs.
· Campaign Management experience.
· Experience working with CMS tools.
· CRM experience - Experience in deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push and In-App communications.
· Social Media experience
· Process design experience.
· Store operations experience preferrable.
Skills:
· Proficiency in using CMS tools for managing content such as Contentful.
· CRM tools skillset for deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push / In-App on Salesforce marketing platform.
· Proficient in Excel and Power point skill a must
· Fluency in English
· Arabic language preferrable
· Data mining skills
· Google Analytics skill
