Location Supervisor – Quick Lane Service
Job Purpose |
To manage the bays in the location by ensuring services are being provided according to quality standards and highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Location Supervisor is responsible to manage and support the technicians in the lube ensuring maximum efficiency, performance and profitability of the location. To handle financial, administrative and customer relation aspects of QL operations. |

· Manage and oversee the daily activities related to quick services in the location while allocating work as and when required to the technicians and maximizing the use of available resources · Provide support to the quick lube technicians in order to ensure maintenance of tools and equipment is done on a timely basis · Escalate feedback related to the quality of products that are detected through quick lube services such as product defect reports · Implement health and safety as well as security policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure environment within the quick lube service facility · Develop and ensure that profitable relationships are maintained with existing suppliers · Oversee operations to ensure compliance with quality standards · Manage the cash at the location and maintain accurate record of all accounts and relevant financial information · Oversee the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the ATM Finance · Develop workforce plan on the location and ensure qualified technicians are being recruited in the right time · Facilitate the orientation of technicians in the location · Set clear objectives for technicians to achieve goals in key performance indicators · Coordinate with ATM HR to ensure technicians to stay up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems offered by the automotive manufacturers in the industry · Focus on any customer complaints that technicians are unable to resolve and take the necessary steps to resolve these complaints · Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts · Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service · Ensure automotive service staff comply with environmental laws and regulations · Oversee the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, dirt to ensure adherence to health and safety laws · Attend workshops and study relevant publications to stay-up-to-date with developments in the industry |
Qualifications |
Education/Certification and Continued Education |
· Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Engineering or Business Administration |
Years of Experience |
· Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role |
