About You

A successful candidate should hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. With a minimum of 5+ years experience of lease administration experience in retail leasing industry.  You have the ability to multitask and no supervision.

  • Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP system
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
  • Strong understanding of leasing processes and legal requirements.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven track record of building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate business opportunities and identify potential risks.
  • A proactive approach and initiative
