Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with a qualification in Training or Human Resources
Years of Experience:
- Minimum four to six years of relevant experience (various aspects of training – planning, designing, delivery, and administration)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Design Software - Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia
- Presentation Software - Canva, Prezi
- Video editing software
- Instructional Design
- Project Management
- Dashboard Analytics and Reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and oral skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency:
- Advanced English
