Finance Business Partner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters Degree with a professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA)
• Up to 8 years’ post- qualification experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in Finance Business Partner role or similar role within the retail industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid experience of leading commercial finance teams with relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering.

• Good depth and breadth in global retail organizations.

• Good commercial acumen.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

• Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems i.e.: Oracle/SAP, JDE, Hyperion etc.

• Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proven record of accomplishment in strategic analysis, planning, and execution.

• Ability to articulate complex scenarios and information.

• Proactive, collaborative and consultative in leadership style.

• Able to present financial concepts to non-financial audience.

• Proven record of accomplishment of leading teams through change.

• Excellent presentation and English communication skills both written and verbal.
