About You
A successful candidate should hold a bachelors degree with a minimum of 5years experience of successfully running a profitable retail store within a luxury or fine jewellery environment. A demonstrated history of providing exceptional services outcomes through a highly motivated team with a passion for luxury fashion.
• 3- 5 years experience of Jewellery in the supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities with clear instructions.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding people skills and ability to build relationships with customers and employees.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead motivate and develop team-members.
