Job Purpose

To ensure timely and safe delivery of furniture and other products from the warehouse to the customer’s location, and to assemble and fit items as per product guidelines and customer expectations, ensuring complete satisfaction with the service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Assembly

• Deliver products from the warehouse to customer locations in a timely manner

• Assemble and install furniture on-site according to brand standards and customer requirements

• Handle products with care to prevent damage during transportation and installation

Customer Service

• Address customer concerns related to delivery, handling, or assembly in a polite and professional manner

• Escalate any complaints or service-related issues to the Store Manager for timely resolution

Documentation & Reporting

• Collect customer acknowledgments and delivery receipts and submit them to the Store Manager

• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and handed in promptly

Delivery Scheduling

• Review delivery schedules provided by the Store Manager

• Ensure deliveries are completed according to the committed date and time
