About The Role
CRM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement targeted campaigns, analyze customer data, and optimize CRM processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Assist the CRM Team with HTML coding tasks, including email template creation, web component development, and content updates within content management systems.
· Code responsive text and image-based emails for promotional, life-cycle, and transactional campaigns using HTML and CSS, focusing on code reusability and adherence to best practices.
· Design and develop web-based components in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance email content and user experience.
· Accept creative files (e.g., PSD, PDF, InDesign, JPG) and transform them into coded emails and push graphics using existing and new HTML templates.
· Utilize existing HTML email layout templates efficiently while also developing new templates in line with industry trends and standards.
· Create HTML email campaigns and newsletters for both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
· Build, QA, and deliver HTML templates, ensuring compatibility across multiple email clients and devices, including mobile.
· Recommend opportunities to optimize email creative and campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and industry best practices.
· Utilize personalization tools within SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to drive engagement and enhance the effectiveness of email communications.
· Edit and update web content within various content management systems and static HTML sites, maintaining accuracy and consistency across digital channels.
· Facilitate content uploading and management within platforms such as Contentful, ensuring seamless integration with CRM initiatives.
Education/Certification and Continued Education
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Years of Experience
· 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on HTML coding and email campaign development.
Knowledge and Skills
· Basic knowledge of HTML
