Job Purpose

To provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, offering expert beauty advice, and demonstrating products in line with brand standards. The Beauty Consultant will focus on building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an elevated store environment that reflects the luxury image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Line Manager.

  • Deliver personalised beauty advice and exceptional service to meet customer needs.

  • Maintain grooming and conduct standards in line with the brand’s luxury image.

  • Provide beauty treatments as per the Beauty Room training and manual.

  • Ensure the beauty room is maintained to standards and ready for use at all times.

  • Merchandise products according to guidelines, ensuring correct stock rotation.

  • Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards, including window displays and product presentation.

  • Monitor daily stock levels and recommend replenishment as required.

  • Accurately complete administrative tasks, including updating customer database records.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Actively identify opportunities to increase sales through link selling and upselling.

  • Promote in-store campaigns and special offers to customers.

Education & Certification

  • High school education or equivalent.

Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

Skills & Attributes

  • Passion for beauty and luxury brands.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to provide tailored beauty advice.

  • Strong sales orientation and customer focus.

  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
