Documentation Clerk-NCR
Job Purpose:
Accurate entering of customer details and uploading necessary documents in Transport Activity
Rental System (TARS) in line with RTA requirement.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Validate documents provided by the Rental Agents before uploading the same in the transport Activity Rental System.
• Upload accurate customer information in the Transport Activity Rental System within the given timeline to avoid fines.
• Liaise with the RTA officials on monthly basis for update on the driving license issued indifferent countries who are eligible to drive rental vehicles in UAE.
• Contact and officially notify Transport Activity Rental System team if there is a system error or down time.
• Escalate cases where documents are not shared by Rental Agents on timely basis.
• Scan, modify and upload documents in Carpro system as required.
• Provide the necessary administrative support to the rental team as required.
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• High school Certificate.
Years of Experience
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
• Customer service skills.
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office.
• Attention to details.
• Exposure to multicultural environment.
Languages
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.
