Job Purpose

We are looking for an E-commerce Outbound Coordinator to support our Warehouse Supervisor/Store Keeper in managing trouble-shooting activities related to the picking, packing, and dispatching of e-commerce orders. The role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies that impact customer orders

• Liaise with the warehouse inventory team to resolve stock-related issues

• Report customer order issues using the Salesforce application for timely resolution and future reference

• Ensure all order picking and packing activities are executed according to the warehouse SLA

• Support Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving stock upon request

• Assist in creating BOLs (Bill of Lading) and facilitate communications related to Brick and Mortar store transfers

• Provide guidance and motivation to junior staff to enhance team performance and maintain quality standards

• Uphold Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment

• Maintain high housekeeping standards across the operational area
