Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Preferably a Graduate in the field of Human Resources.
 
Years of Experience
- 7 years’ experience in a similar in-house recruitment role.
 
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience recruiting in a retail, hospitality or a customer facing industries.
 - Experience in a fast paced, high volume hiring environment.
 - Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
 - Working experience of Applicant Tracking Systems.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
 
Languages
- Excellent communication and fluency in English. Arabic would be an advantageous.
