- Graduate in any discipline
- Retail Fashion or Luxury home experience
- Minimum 5- 7 years experience of successfully running a profitable retail home store
- Motivated and can work towards set targets and KPI'S
- Timely and good decision making
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Competently manage and measure work
