About The Role

Contribute to one of the most important channels within the brands ecosystem. Responsible for delivering highly engaging and creative content covering fashion, brands, relevant culture stories, travel and marketing messages across all social media channels.

Supporting the development of each brand portfolio community at scale with a diverse and creative mix of content that represents the brands.

Manage and create content for our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that help increase our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters for our different clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Write copy, upload and schedule for channel feed posts per day

·        Regular copywriting, scheduling and asset adaption for channels

·        Capturing in store activations as set by marketing calendars

·        Support Organic and Social Media Producers on all social media imagery shoots monthly, including RTW, Fine Jewelry & Watches and still life and advising on social media best practice for these shoots.

·        Responsible for creating, maintaining and managing the Social Media calendar alongside marketing and trade calendars, in addition to supporting any paid activation planned with Channels, Paid & CRM team objectives.

·        Manage reporting and analysis on social media to optimise opportunities, use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually.

·        Lead the weekly Social Media meeting and reporting alongside channels, Paid & CRM team reporting

·        React and adapt quickly to performance insights, new priorities for the business, and advancements of channel features.

·        Research any new content channels for Social Media, leveraging and analyzing reporting metrics of content to support company objectives

·        Be the department’s contact for any Social Media-related query

·   Work collaboratively with Studio & Production, Editorial & Styling, Content & Digital Design teams, as well as other responsible business contributing teams for shoots

·        Brainstorm campaign support and brief in assets to ensure social-first content is delivered

·        Attend marketing reviews and work closely with Editorial & Production to ensure timely asset delivery

·        Brief in weekly content e.g., stories and product collages

·        Create and support end of campaign reporting for brand campaigns from our organic social channels

·        Monitor customer comments and escalate any cases as necessary

·        Monitor competitor activity and industry innovation to ensure our department remains ahead of the curve

About You

·        Minimum of 5 years work experience within a dedicated Social Media role in a Fashion/Luxury/Beauty Retail environment

·        Have a deep understanding of each social platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a strong grasp of spelling and grammar is essential.

·        A proven track record for developing and executing successful social media campaigns that achieved growth and engagement

·        Confidence and knowledge in the use of Google Analytics and additional channel reporting.

·        Understand SEO principles and keep abreast of online/Social publishing developments.

·        Must be a reliable multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills and a very strong attention to detail.

·        Knowledge of luxury fashion and beauty social spaces in addition to community management

·        Creative flair and outside of the box thinking, whilst also experience in creating own content as part of the social content formats.

·        Experience or proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications adapting assets for social distribution.

·        Power user skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Keynote.

·        Flexible schedule according to social media life cycle; comfortable working evenings and weekends, and local travel as needed
