Senior Cost Analyst - Projects
Qualification & Experience
- Engineering graduate with professional qualification in Finance.
- Minimum 7-8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years’ experience as cost consultant in Real Estate Development Company within UAE.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes
- Fully excel proficient (to include financial modeling, cashflows and reconciliation)
- Attention to details and concern for quality
- Good communication skills (spoken Arabic would be an advantage)
