Sales and Customer Care Associate
- 4 to 6 years work relevant experience
- Previous contact Centre experience is beneficial
- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of fashion brands
- Excellent experience with Customer Care in an office environment or on the shop floor
- Excellent communication skills specifically in regard to building relationships with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
