Job Requirements |
Education/Certification and Continued Education • Educated to degree level (preferably Masters) in Business Management or related field • Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, PMP Years of Experience • Over 10 years of experience in successfully managing multiple large-scale projects and governance matters Knowledge and Skills • Thorough understanding of project management methodologies as well as change management principles • Excellent analytical skills with the intellectual ability to assess complex legal, policy and procedural documents and issues, and make recommendation for action • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels with the ability to change and influence stakeholders • Strong leadership and people management skills • Strong negotiation and decision making skills • Ability to operate under pressure and demanding/conflicting timelines • Self-Starter Languages • Proficiency in English Additional Requirements • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong organizational skills
