Graduate with engineering field with be an advantage, 7 – 10 years’ of experience in the construction / fit out industry with extensive exposure in purchasing of hardware materials (material know-how).

Must be up to date on market rates and must have good knowledge of available suppliers in the market for different products to enable effective negotiation.

Attention to details and concern for quality.
