To be the point of contact for the Retail store businesses to ensure efficient management of facilities and in store projects are executed in a timely manner

 

• Maintain up to date records of all IT Helpdesk Logs and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements, escalating concerns to Operations Manager as appropriate.

 

 

• Maintain up to date records of all FOHD Logs and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements, escalating concerns to Operations Manager as appropriate.

 

 

• Analyze the helpdesk logs, identifying the trends and proposing resolutions of the issues.

 

• Carry out an annual spot check store inspection across the retail business to ensure all locations are being maintained to the expected standard (cleanliness/FM)

 

 

• To support with the completion of any small in store projects, fixture requests, upgrades

 

• To support in store closures across the Retail business, following process and ensuring handover is executed in a timely manner

 

 

• To be a point of contact for any Mall Management related matters. (Obtaining various permits).

 

• Ensure that all external contracts are fulfilled as per contractual terms and conditions and renewed in a timely manner to reduce risk of liabilities

 

 

• Support in resolution of any day to day operational concerns raised by Store teams

 

• Operational reports are submitted as required and the correct follow up action is taken

 

• Ensure all costs are approved or are inline with budgets/Capex for works to be carried out

 

• Support in follow up of payment from accounts to the various suppliers/contractors

 

• Support the stores in equipment breakdown items and advising how to replace

 

• Support of shipping/logistics when transferring items across GCC

 

• To manage the asset inventory list of items stored within WH

 

 

 

 

Knowledge and Skills

• Methodical and organized approach with deadline achievement essential

 

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

 

• Ability to persuade and influence senior, peers and external contractors

 

• Computer literate with working knowledge of excel, power point and project planning tools.
