Job Purpose
• To coordinate with existing retail stores to ensure efficient asset management, operational, and administration guidelines are adhered to
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Liaise in store for in-store Facilities Management and Corporate team
• Monitor Facilities Management logs and timely response; follow up for resolution
• Review Utilities invoices and submit for payment; maintain records on costs and consumption
• Schedule review meetings with store teams to collate feedback on Repair &Maintenance
• Ensure Police permits are in place for the Store
• Oversee required store LPO's and payments for store requirements
• Handle in-store requirements for new fixture quotations; supply cost effective solutions
• Review storage space in Warehouse and storage of fixtures; review write off requests
• Meet deadlines set and maintain task list
• Liaise for marketing events; receive plan and set up requirements for events arrangements
• Ensure event or promotional set up is completed in required time
• Monitor store marketing activity; circulate ROI (return on investment) reports
• Conduct store audits and feedback results to store team
• Circulate operational POS and Audit reports for store
• Assist with store cycle counts on stock count software
• Manage store Credit Card terminal requirements; liaise with bank
• Handle store requests for IT log including report access, POS hardware requirements
• Meet deadlines set and maintain task list
Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Graduate in any Discipline
Years of Experience
• 3 - 4 years experience in a relevant field
Knowledge and Skills
• Exposure to retail operational practices/functionality of retail outlet
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Methodical and organized approach with deadline achievement essential
