About The Role

We’re looking for passionate and skilled Hair Stylists, Top Stylists, and Master Stylists to join our AVEDA salons in Dubai — where wellness meets artistry, and every guest experience is elevated. As a stylist, you’ll play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best, using AVEDA’s plant-powered products and sustainable beauty ethos.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized styles, services, and products

·        Offer expert advice throughout the styling process — from color and cut to texture and treatment

·        Cut, trim, and style hair in line with current trends and client preferences

·        Deliver professional color services, including creative highlights and artistic color applications

·        Perform chemical services such as permanent straightening or waves, using specialized techniques and products

·        Maintain detailed client records, including formulas, color shades, and service history

·        Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and AVEDA product knowledge

·        Ensure high standards of salon hygiene, presentation, and personal grooming at all times

·        Maximize daily bookings by coordinating efficiently with front-of-house/reception

·        Guide and support junior team members to uphold the brand’s quality and service standards

About You
• You will have a minimum of high school qualification
• You will have a formal hair dressing qualification (City & Guilds Level)
• Passion for hair dressing, style and trends
• Pleasant personality and good grooming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
