Job Skills

Education

• BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Design or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven history of launching successful e-commerce initiatives, luxury industry experience is a plus.

Functional Skills

• Experience with designing data-driven analytics.
• Successful experience with a rapid, highly-iterative development process (specifically, Agile experience).
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and/ or partners through the product lifecycle – discovery, evaluation, requirement gathering, testing, and launch.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Visio, Quickbase, JIRA, Basecamp, etc.
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.       
• Strong technical acumen to think critically, converse and problem solve with the engineering counterparts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to partner both with business and technical teams. 
• Have strong commercial understanding coupled with ability to shape products.
• Proven multi-tasking skills with ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and needs.             
• Understand the principles of software engineering.         
• Strong verbal and written communicator with all levels of business leaders; ability to influence key business leaders in the organization.
