Knowledge and Skills

• Clear and concise written, oral and presentation skills
• Must have a strong creative ability, impeccable design sensibility + typographical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to multiple project briefings and conflicting briefing
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret brand needs, and to develop innovative, creative and results-oriented rich media solutions to address those needs
• Proficiency in a broad scope of multimedia applications, strong technical skills, and the ability to conceptualize with writers and clients to produce powerful creative
• Familiar with the structure of an eCommerce and/or Omnichannel dept.
• Familiar with designing/creating content for both digital & traditional mediums
• An interest in Fashion and/or digital retail
• Have an excellent eye for typography, layout, and branding design
• Ability to work on 360 brand narratives spanning print, digital, and social
• Discerning, brand-sensitive eye for art direction, photo editing, cropping, and retouching.
• Familiar knowledge with HTML, CSS, Responsive web design
• Design and layout skills including typography, photography, colour psychology and graphics- linked to digital branding and marketing objectives
