About The Role
Responsible for conceptualization and creation of a wide variety of fashion forward, on-brand seasonal and BAU campaigns across all platforms including landing pages, emails, banners, video, social media, media. Operate with a solid grasp of company's aesthetic. Elevate and evolve the brand aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction
Translate commercial and creative briefs into engaging stories and make decisions in terms of the artistic approach, style and mood.
Focus on fashion (men's, women's, kid's) , home and beauty offering across all verticals.
Art direct and work with external suppliers and internal production team to create best in region and industry, fashion lead imagery and video.
Role requires a highly creative and conceptual person, with strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills and a very strong fashion aspirational visual focus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
· Drive campaign creative concepts, oversee all BAU shoots
· Alongside Creative Director define and implement creative brand strategy according to business needs.
· Deliver creative shoot concepts with brand consistency across all touch-points, ensuring that these meet key business and departmental KPIs.
· Working closely with the content team to understand asset needs
· Be part of initial ideation and be able to take ideas and concepts forward, executing these alongside the creative production and editorial styling teams.
· Confidently pitch concepts to internal stakeholders and at times external partners.
· Work with external brands on key brand exposures and brand partnerships, bringing these to the customer in the form of creative imagery and video.
· Ensure a regional approach to all creatives with a focus on localization.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead moodboard designs, conceptualize ideas, assigns projects to the right team members
· Manage a team of stylist and producers, inspiring and challenging them to create the best, most innovative and inspirational work they have ever produced.
· Collaborate with related departments to define the brand visual language, brand vernacular, style guidelines and visual asset library.
· Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals.
· Take initiative in working closely with all cross-functional teams (marketing, content, buying, commercial) and be able to participate in strategic discussions
· Design and produce a high volume of pixel-perfect campaigns on tight deadlines, from concept through to completion, and ensure the timely delivery of high quality design.
· Ensure that all Marketing & Commercial campaigns are interactive, innovative and platform agnostic.
· Work with the Creative Director continue to implement brand and visual guidelines; championing these in your dealings with stakeholders in the business.
· Understand and strategically apply the latest platform/industry/creative trends and digital best practices, always seeking the next opportunity in this space for the brand.
· Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining the highest quality.
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
· Regular development reviews and performance appraisals
· Target and KPI setting based on business requirements
· Support and mentor junior members of the creative team to ensure growth and development within the team.
· Effectively delegate projects throughout the team to support workload and utilize resource, signing off on day-to-day projects, ensuring high standards are always met and actively reporting to Creative Director on project status.
About You
You have 5+ years of experience in the creative industry, with previous experience as an Art Director within Imagery and Video shoots for a luxury fashion brand.
