L&D and Employee Experience Specialist
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- You possess extensive experience in Learning and Development and coaching, coupled with a strong understanding of leadership frameworks, well-being methodologies, and cultural dynamics in complex organizations.
- You are a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Organizational development, HR or any relevant field.
- A professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) would be an advantage.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience as L&D Executive or in a similar role with experience in training delivery and curriculum development and design.
- You possess strong facilitation and instructional design skills, strong executive coaching skills, as well as excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in learning technologies, with a strong understanding of immersive tools such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- You are passionate, eager, and possess a growth mindset.
- Previous Retail experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good basic commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good influencing, interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management, planning, and execution.
- Knowledge of adult learning practice, facilitation and training techniques and ability to apply instructional design and content writing methods to deliver impactful learning programs.
- Proven experience in driving learning solution design through all phases from concept, presentation, design, development, facilitation, evaluation, refinement, and implementation.
- The ability to organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and usage of e-learning design and delivery and use of Digital Learning Technologies.
- Excellent English proficiency. Bilingual Arabic language would be an advantage.
