About The Role

We are looking for a Talented Junior Associate Buyer to join our Digital Beauty Buying team. Junior Associate Buyer will support the senior team members with the purchases of high-quality merchandise at the most advantageous price to meet and maintain merchandising standards and sales and profit targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the Junior Buyer.

·        Follow up with Brands / Suppliers on product samples and ensure that they are available for marketing activations and/or online photoshoots.

·        Support with the animation calendar by following-up on digital assets, stock and any other information needed for the online exposures.

·        Maintain and coordinate the sampling and “gift with purchase” calendar, by giving feedback and confirmation to brands, and ensure they go live on site as per the schedule.

·        Collate the digital promotion line list and provide a recap to the Senior team members of the team.

·        Support the Junior Buyer with marketing activations such as Bloomies Beauty box and advent calendars.

·        Secure new launch templates from Brands / Suppliers and review the accuracy of the information given.

·        Follow-up with Brands / Suppliers on stock deliveries if and when required.

·        Perform sales analysis for weekly Leadership deck and weekly digital trade meeting.

·        Weekly Brand communication/calls with Key Groups, on sales performance and upcoming activities. 

·        Assist the Junior Buyer in scouting for new Brands which would fit the platform.

·        Ensure that the launch of new Brands is executed as per plan.

·        Support the Junior Buyer with the management of her portfolio of Brands (including price changes, range reviews and item amendments).

About You

·        1+ years of experience in the Beauty Buying Industry

·        Ideally experience with international principals or omnichannel players / pure players

·        Excellent in Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools
