HSE Coordinator (DXB)
Job Purpose:
To support the HSE & Security Manager in maintaining a robust Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) program across Al Tayer Motors, ensuring legal compliance and a safe work environment.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and framework.
• Coordinate HSE site inspections and prepare timely reports.
• Update HSE documentation and databases to ensure compliance.
• Support in the coordination of HSE and Accident investigation trainings to improve reporting and rectification.
• Assist BU HSE Committees in responding to incidents and accidents and escalate any ongoing trends to management for further review.
• Facilitate in the awareness of HSE issues through effective communication.
• Liaise with service providers and vendors to support the HSE function
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Diploma Holder, with a minimum of 1 – 3 years in the HSE field.
- Graduate with a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Preferably, a formal recognized qualification in Fire & Safety

• Minimum 2 - 5 Years experience
Knowledge and Skills
• Ability to effectively interpret and apply HSE policies, procedures and processes • Ability to effectively deliver HSE Training Sessions
