Education/Certification and Continued Education & Experience
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources and/or Business Management
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Proficient in MS Office. Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.
- Must have a good command of English. Arabic would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
