We are looking for an exceptional Head of Programme Management and Digital Transformation to support our ever-growing Al Tayer Insignia team. You will play an integral part in the growth of one of the region’s leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia.

About The Role
This job is a strategic project management and governance role within Al Tayer Insignia. The position is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, contract management, governance initiatives, and digital transformation efforts to improve the company’s efficiency, profitability, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
· Ensure all contracts are valid and properly stored.
· Manage renewal processes efficiently.
Strategic Project Implementation:
· Support leadership in executing high-impact projects.
· Develop work plans, analyze data, and engage stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Management:
· Work with Internal Audit and Risk teams to improve processes.
· Identify areas for better controls and implement change.
Joint Venture Management:
· Oversee the transition and integration of new joint ventures.
· Manage projects from initiation to completion.
Program & Project Management:
· Oversee and optimize project execution across all business units.
· Implement best practices in governance and transformation.
Digital Transformation:
· Lead large-scale technology projects like ERP implementation.
· Ensure seamless digital adoption across the organization.
Skills & Experience Required:
· 10+ years in large-scale project management & governance.
· Strong expertise in contract management, business transformation, and strategic execution.
· Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
