Head of Marketing
- 6 + years experience in multi-channel marketing in a fast-paced retail environment
- Conceptualization of campaigns to cover 360
- Experience with preferred retail categories mainly luxury fashion and beauty
- Digitally native retail experience is a plus
- Ability to offer a personalized approach defined by customer behaviour
- Experience in the GCC is preferred
- Global perspective and international experience are highly beneficial
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
- Ability to analyse and understand market trends and conduct competitor analysis, providing the foundation for marketing strategies and an enhanced customer experience
- Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and take ownership
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the right mentorship, recruitment, and direction for the marketing team
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
