- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or a related specialisation.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in IT programme and/or project management.

- Strong knowledge of information technology functions – infrastructure, service delivery, systems, applications.
- Programme and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English language; Arabic language is an advantage.
