About the Roles

Supervisor & Team Leader  –

As a Supervisor & Team Leader at Gymshark, you will be vital in helping to maintain the vibe that our family feel online, IRL. You will ensure excellent customer service through effectively managing the department team; controlling and monitoring department operations including merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target.

Sales Advisor  –

You ensure that our community has the most incredible Gymshark experience. Working with your team, you will bring a welcoming and positive energy to all those who visit. You will build authentic connections with visitors to your store, helping to educate them about conditioning sharing excellent product knowledge, operational best practice you will offer a best-in-class service, helping our community to shop how they want, and when they want.  

Visual Merchandiser –

As a Visual Merchandiser at Gymshark, you’ll bring our brand story to life through powerful and inspiring displays. You’ll make sure every product, mannequin, and layout reflects Gymshark’s energy, community, and performance-driven spirit. Your eye for detail and passion for creativity will help deliver a best-in-class in-store experience that motivates and excites every visitor.

Cashier –

As a Cashier at Gymshark, you’ll be the final connection in delivering an unforgettable experience for our community. You’ll handle transactions efficiently, ensure smooth operations at the till, and bring positive, authentic energy to every interaction. With your friendly approach and attention to detail, you’ll help our visitors leave the store feeling valued, inspired, and ready to return.

About You

 Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience in a similar or customer facing role with sports or fitness brands
• Experience managing, leading and developing teams (for team lead and supervisory roles)
• A shared passion for community, wellness, sports and fitness
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume, agile environment 
• Highly effective communicator, written and verbal

Education/Certification and Continued Education

• High School qualification or higher
