o معرفة جيدة بقانون الشركات في المملكة العربية السعودية ، وقانون الأعمال / القانون التجاري ، والمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالعمليات التجارية ، والتجارة ، والاستيراد / التصدير ، والتوزيع ، وفتح المتاجر والعمليات ، وما إلى ذلك.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. اللغة العربية
Knowledge and Skills
o Previous GR experience within KSA
o Good knowledge of KSA Company law, Business/Commercial Law, and legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to commercial operations, trading, import/export, distribution, store opening and operations, etc.
o Basic knowledge of Retail/F&B/Hospitality and distribution industries.
o Good influencing, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
o Good numerical and commercial skills with an ability to negotiate.
o Proactive, collaborative, and consultative in style.
o Strong communication and presentation skills.
Language Proficiency in the English. Arabic would be an advantage
