Education/ Certification and Continued Education
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
Years of experience
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ experience leading a Talent Management Team / Learning & Development Team / Employee Experience & Engagement Team
Knowledge and Skills
- Should have strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into policies, processes and practices
- Should have good organisational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
- Should be able to engage with senior level stakeholders
- Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams
