Education/ Certification and Continued Education

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources

Years of experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years’ experience leading a Talent Management Team / Learning & Development Team / Employee Experience & Engagement Team

Knowledge and Skills

• Should have strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into policies, processes and practices
• Should have good organisational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
• Should be able to engage with senior level stakeholders
• Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams
