About You
You have a passion in clienteling and ability to priorities and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available. You are driven to exceed goals and possess a desire to improve ways of working. You have interest into luxury fashion.
- Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 5years of retail sales experience including hosting appointments and proficient at communicating via e-mail and other messaging applications.
- Proficiency with clientele application with merchandise suggestions or similar
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Omni-channels
- Genuine interest and knowledge of luxury fashion industry
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPIs
- Personal leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused and problem solver
