Assistant Retail Manager

About You

A successful candidate should hold a bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-5years supervisory experience of successfully running a profitable retail store within a luxury environment. A demonstrated history of providing exceptional services outcomes through a highly motivated team with a passion for luxury fashion.

• Good knowledge of the strategic and financial indicators. 
• Ability to work in a diverse environment, strong planning skills and ability to manage and monitor performance.
• Strong communication skills and well balanced personality, a person who can engage and influence leaders in the Business
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent English Communication skills, Arabic is an advantage

• Proven track record of building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
